Terms of use and stay

By using the Velquora Casino Hotel website or staying at the hotel you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read, so please do.

Using this website

The site describes the hotel, its gaming floor, restaurants and suites. The availability form does not hold a room or take payment. A reservation exists only once the reservations team has confirmed it by email or phone.

Reservations and cancellations

Rates are quoted per suite per night and exclude taxes unless stated. A reservation may be cancelled without charge until 48 hours before check-in. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged one night. Group bookings and the Obsidian Penthouse carry their own terms, shared at the time of booking.

Age requirements

Guests must be 21 or older to enter the gaming floor, the poker room and the high-limit salon, and to reserve a suite. Valid government photo ID is required at check-in and at every gaming entrance.

Conduct

The hotel may refuse entry or service to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive to staff or guests, or in breach of gaming regulations. Smoking is permitted only in marked areas of the gaming floor and on the rooftop terrace.

Photography

Photographs on this site show the hotel's rooms, restaurants and public spaces or illustrate the experience of a stay. Suite layouts and views vary by floor.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal property except where it has been placed in a suite or front-desk safe. Play at the tables is at your own risk and subject to the house rules posted on the floor.
