How we handle your information

This page explains what happens to the details you enter on the Velquora Casino Hotel website and which outside services the site relies on.

Forms stay in your browser

The availability check, the contact form and any other form on this site run entirely in your browser. Dates, guest counts, names, email addresses and messages are not sent to a server, stored in a database or shared with a third party. Closing the page clears them.

Third-party content

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and photography from Unsplash. Those services may see a request from your browser, including your IP address, when a page loads. Map links open Google Maps and telephone links open your device's own dialler.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.

Reservations by email or phone

When you write to [email protected] or call the reservations line, the details you share are used only to arrange and confirm your stay. They are kept for the length of your booking and the period required by law, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what information the hotel holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the reservations address above.
